FAQ
●Earphone (left or right) No audio?
1) Check the battery of the earphones. Fully charge the earphones before using it.
2) If the battery power is sufficient, reset the earphones by put them back into the charging case, close the case for 20 seconds then take earphones out and reconnect to your mobile device.
●Bluetooth not stable or can't find the device?
1) Take the earphones closer to the mobile device, make sure there is no radio-frequency interference.
2) Reset the earphones by putting them back into the charging case, close the case for 20 seconds then take earphones out and try again for pairing.
●After Bluetooth connection is completed, translation cannot be started by touching the earphones?
1) Restart the APP then reconnect Bluetooth.
